I’ve just received a call from a Quebec number about lowering my interest on the credit card that I own. The thing is I don’t, at the moment, have a credit card. That combined with the origin of the call leads me to believe that it is a scam, I’ll update momentarily. This was a cold call because I don’t use that number for scam baiting.

I’ve attempted to contact the number and have reached them multiple times, though each time he can tell it’s me even though I’ve changed the number. Before he plays a tone he says something in Hindi which I can’t distinguish if I can get some help with flooding their inbox, that would be great.
