(516) 252-0715 Sounds like a large call centre

@canned_doughnuts_#151594 OMG - they just keep getting worse by the day… I don’t think the guy I got (Mr. Alex Watson) could read english, and I know he could barely speak it. Kept repeating each section of the script three or four times, stumbling in between each attempt… really easy to trip him up, and he’d just start right back at the beginning each time. About 10 minutes into the call, he asked if I had written down the case number, and he hadn’t even given it to me yet… what a fiasco. Eventually he got to where he asked me where I was… I acted dumb and asked him to clarify what he meant… so he said are you at home, or at work… I cut him off and asked “What in the hell does that matter? Why are you asking me these silly questions and not telling me what the hell is going on with my SSN”. I heard him let out a prolonged sigh, and then he hung up the phone.
I did hear a few people in the background, but not a whole lot. I'm hoping I can call back and get the same guy as he is really easy to rattle. I have a few 'twists' I want to throw him to see how he reacts 😋
They keep hanging up on Mr Holmes, He was looking for a new assistant and thought Mr Watson might be a good match.
@Otis#151606 Well, didn’t get Mr. Watson, but did get an equally stupid Jeffery Marcus. Usual crap, but threw him when I deviated from the norm - I have 12 vehicles under my name… most of them are horses, and includes a Schwinn Continental. Don’t own, I rent my home, and I really don’t believe in Banks, so I have one account with the minimum amount (~$100) in it just to keep it open. No debit card. 1 mastercard that I can’t remember when I used last - I think it was about 4 months ago but can’t remember what for. As for cash, I have a ton of it - scattered all over the place - in the wall safe, under the mattress, in lockers in town (1.5hrs away), some buried around the yard in old coffee cans, etc… You know, just your normal nut who hears voices sometimes late at night ![]()
So Jeffery passes me off to the senior DEA guy - one of my favorites, Mr. Roop Dull - and boy is he Dull, but thinks he is all powerful and you must kneel down and obey his commands or else! So he goes into the cash stuff... and says that I can't keep more than $500 on me. Oh, that didn't sit well with Victor (me), who promptly told Mr. Dull in no uncertain terms that was bullshit: "What do you mean no more than $500 - what kind of horse crap is that and who the hell are you to tell me how much money I can or cannot keep? I don't give a willy wonka about any supposed case you have against me, identity theft or not, you can't tell me what I can do with my own damn money and I won't put up with you trying to do so"!!! He started in asking if I knew who I was speaking to, being a federal officer and all, to which I replied "Yeah, I know who I'm speaking with - some flatfoot over at the DEA whos salary is paid from my tax dollars - you work for me dipshit, so you can take your arrogant attitude and shove it for all I care. You WILL NOT tell me what I can do with my money, period".
Click. Oh well... I'll wait a bit and see who else I can troll!
@Otis#151606 brilliant haha
