(480) 916-3692 & (201) 905-7801 Fake Medical Compensation "Attorneys"

These adjacent numbers directly north of this number ((480) 916-3692), are some bullshit medical benefits all absolutely free of cost to you nonsense.
Apparently my name and number was selected for this special treatment or some bullshit. The caller ID I used is non existent and they have no clue what my name is so that was exceptionally good fortune wouldn’t you say?:rofl:

Here are the same twits as on the original number, being all loud and obnoxious in ways they only know how

The first recording they hang up so I said hello to get them to say their script on the second

4809163708 Medical Compensation Dept (Camp Lejeune compensation)

Then there is an equally loud pharmacy scam on this number

4809163708 and 4809163710 are both on the network of ONVOY! @SwedishWolf - Onvoy’s “leaders” are disgusting degenerates who are beyond saving, in my opinion. I think the only way that they’d start enforcing legally compliant behaviors on their network is if the government were to imprison or at least fine their executive team. Alternatively, if some private attorneys could sue them and win, Onvoy degenerates would likely change their behaviors too.

It’s almost 5:15 where I am, and they are still working? No rest for the wicked, I guess.

Sure thing! Generally, these scammers posing as Medicare “Advisors” work until at least 7 PM.

I’ve seen these gutter level call center scammers operating through roughly 12-16 hour days, starting at 08:00am eastern and continuing on until 21:00 (9pm) pacific.

If they’re hooking victims the clock means nothing.
There is even times when they’ve been answering past 22:00 (10pm) Pacific

Depending what their target and script is, they will have a shift change for west coast robocalled targets, splitting the day into roughly two 8 hour shifts.

The very old adage of crime never sleeps is absolutely true.
They don’t work to union rule, downing dialers and headsets when the second hand hits the hour
There is always plenty of McAfee, Norton, Geek Squad, PayPal and Amazon refund toll free numbers which operate around the clock every weekday and occasionally on a Saturday into Sunday morning.
Amazon Prime, Hulu and other TV streaming scams often run well into the late evening/night hours, with certain call centres on whatever numbers they happen to have stolen for that day

All the numbers you posted have been reported directly to their lawyer. I recommended that they call the number and speak to the Scam Medicare representatives (their customer) for themselves. They are claiming that while it is their service being used, a specific phone provider is the one allowing the scams to take place using their service. I told them, go ahead and provide the name of that provider and I can sue that provider instead and all legal action will be dropped against them. They have until the 28th per my demand notice to either pay out or provide me with the service provider’s number. So far, they haven’t declined but also haven’t agreed. Either way I told them someone needs to pay for this and be held accountable. Will be interesting to see what they say next week. They claim that they are investigating and trying to terminate the account of the responsible party, I responded with while I appreciate their assistance, they should just give me the information and let me handle it myself. Let me know your thoughts? If they settle per my demand, I stated that in addition to restitution I would need a notarized letter agreeing that if these AI robocalls do not stop that I could pursue this again in the future. The BBB emailed me today stating that SINCH refused to respond to their inquiry. Then again they’re also listed as an F rating on the BBB website.

I think your plan is not bad. I would be curious to see what their reply will be.

You should also perhaps contact these folks, especially if Sinch refuses to respond to you. They are suing Onvoy and Peerless Network.

I read about this guy, there seems to be a few problems that I noticed. First he doesn’t provide a way for you to contact him instead you submit your information to the website to be added to a list. Secondly, he has no legal representation he’s representing himself. If I take on a company like Onvoy it will cost me some money and I’ll definitely have some kind of counsel once the process actually begins. Ill try to reach out to the guy if I get his information but I am hesitant to submit my info to a website like that. If he had a firm or a lawyer representing him I might be interested but solo I am not so sure. I also checked the docket he’s representing himself and if you spend that kind of money on court costs you might as well hire counsel for a couple grand that knows court procedure etc. Just my thoughts. No actual law firm is backing this guys class action. Class actions take a lot of time resources and actual firms backing them to succeed. He also posted pictures of his opposition’s lawyers and was making posts about them which could come back to bite him in an actual suit. For example they could claim defamation etc… all primary parties involved could end up having to pay up. His method doesn’t seem like the best way to go about it, I would call it wreck less. In my case you file a lawsuit and let the media take care of the rest. You can’t sue the press for bad publicity. I’m more of a hands-off kind of guy. Hopefully, they agree to settle and see the downside of taking this to court especially since they know they’re in the wrong here.

All right. I was unaware that he was representing himself. I was under the impression that he had already had the class-action suit filed by some actual reputable counsel.

I agree that there are some red flags here. I emailed him but he never even responded to my inquiry approximately two weeks ago. So, I was unaware what was going on.
