It is clearly a fraud, lets see if this fool replies. I’m curious why an Airman/woman dropped their rank and started using the civilian ‘Mrs’, a clear violation of the UCMJ…
And there is also a case if this is a CIV and the proposal gets into $$$ then it violates the 2005 stolen valor act you can report it to law enforcement and they can prosecute the sender max up to 1+ years in jail
