Good Morning Blank How are you today, all information was received and we have been in discussion with the Department of Treasury today and a final conclusion has been reached concerning the release of your funds if you will comply with the COT and final Authorization clearance that will be issued by the Department of Treasury.
If you could remember vividly, in our first message to you we informed you about the Transfer code(C.O.T) and Final Authorization clearance that will be needed to Facilitate and finalize the transfer of your funds. In our meeting today with the Department of Treasury an agreement was reached concerning the fee for them to release the Transfer code, initially before now they insist you will pay the sum of $2350(Two thousand Three hundred and fifty usd)for both the Transfer code and Final Authorization clearance but luckily for you the meeting held this morning the Department of Treasury lowered the price of securing both the Transfer code and Final Authorization clearance to $1150(One Thousand One hundred and fifty usd).Upon payment of that fee it will only take them 24 hours to release the Transfer code and Final Authorization clearance to our bank to facilitate the transfer of your funds to any of your nominated account. If you wish the funds can be transferred bit by bit and if you also wish we can send a cashiers check to you by mail to any address of your choice. And the good part of it is that we can still produce an ATM CARD in your name and send to you through express shipping. But before all this can be done the Transfer code and Final Authorization clearance is needed to activate back your funds in our bank, without the code and Authorization clearance our bank does not have the veto power to activate your funds for release.
The good part of it is that the Department of Treasury has given us 100 percent guaranty that upon payment of the $1150 they will give you the go ahead to activate and start with the release of your funds. They have instructed this payment must be paid as fast as possible to avoid sending your funds to the government treasury as unclaimed because we have been trying to make contact with you for long and they can not allow us hold on to your file and funds for more time if something is not done fast.
