Additional information about this call: These criminals called me from a spoofed telephone number. They left a VM to call them back at 419-546-8488. It’s your typical “pick-a-scam” scheme. They are offering “free elderly assistance”, “discounted cable service (Direct TV scam)” and even “free gift cards”. Guess, who the carrier is? PEERLESS NETWORK - the one and only!

Hmm, are you sure they did not block you? I got their call about 30 minutes ago and just called them back 10 minutes ago… They answered.

I called from the PBX, which is unblockable. I did redial and my call was transferred to their pick-a-scam service.

  • Press 1 for travel scams
  • Press 2 for Internet/home security scams
  • Press 3 for the Medical Alert Center
  • Press 4 for insurance scams.
  • Press 5 for home improvement scams.
  • Press 6 for a $100 retail rebate voucher.
