Scammer’s Number: 410-844-8307
I am on the DNC registry and never inquired about “purchasing affordable insurance”. They’re calling from different spoofed numbers and leave voicemails. They are scammers. I called back and there was a bot answering. If you say that you’re interested in reviewing their “insurance options”, you get connected to a live person. I got humans at 2:03 PM CST. They appear to be US-based.
Gave a call, humans at ~4:19PM EST. The guy’s excuse for sending out spam voicemails was “we work with many marketing companies”
Yes, lots of these scumbags say that sort of story. I had some people from “National Benefits Advisors” (they were phishing for people’s socials and DOBs) tell me that it was “not their fault, because they call from many different (obviously, spoofed) numbers and have many partners who call on their behalf”. I suppose, stealing people’s identities and personal protected information is not their fault either lol.
