12:19 pm central, I called 380 203 2920 from my Unknown Number VOIP phone and someone answered without saying anything and I could swear I heard a child in the background and then whoever answered without saying anything hung up the phone call.
I then called from my TextNow number and a man answered only with “hello” in a very unenthusiastic and suspicious tone of voice … I said “hello” … there was a short pause of silence … He asked what I want … I asked if this is SSA … He said yes … I asked him, “What is your name, Sir” … He is “Jeffrey Brown” … I on phone now and am posting this

With the 380 203 2920 number and my one call with “Jeffrey Brown,” I never got far enough to get a callback number. I was trying to play nicely with him but I could tell that he was turning on me, so I stopped trying to bait him and let loose verbally on him. When I tried again and again the 380 203 2920, I could not get anybody to answer. It goes to message machines with KKR# like KKR3 or KKR1, et cetera.
