the usual malware trojan id /customer id bullshit scammers from new delhi surrounding areas, they also do the refund scam , once you ask for a refund they tell you to login to your bank account and they watch u with there back door trojan then they will transfer money out of it, one of the scammers on my hit list for long time , i even made them rotate there menu number 10 times before they went to 2 numbers to hit to reach a scammer , now its 3 …they do it all even the fake ticket agency scam that seems to be popular now

@drwat#75610 yes you are right. The hold music is exactly the same. Also I have intel saying that Kunal has a new business in Delhi so this can really be them. How do you pass the IVR? It says “Please press 2 to continue.” but when I press 2 it disconnects… Edit: ok in FireRTC it works, just TextNow seems to have problems.
Please everyone record calls and post the call recs here so I can listen and maybe recognize some of their agents, that is if some of them moved to Delhi.

yea when they know there getting scam baited large scams always go strickly customer id. but will never be able to tell u why they dont accept new customers , always give u a funny explanation, i dont do the vm stuff takes to long , ( u can try tecsecure ) especially when theres 6 scammers there, i like to give it to em hard and make fun of there problems or situations for a few minutes each , mess up there rotation and calls queue , they lose money like that and get frustrated
