They might have blocked you due to previous calls, maybe? I called them twice today before they blocked me. Try pressing “3” for “Technical Support”. It worked for me.
Immediate hangup for me also.

Yes, I think they block numbers known to them. It is a huge scam operation. It is possible that you might have called one of their outlets before and was blocked.

@Tim_Burr - I reported them via Onvoy form yesterday… I do not know whether or not Onvoy will shut them down. If there is anything your group can do to help, it will be greatly appreciated!
Oh yeah I love me some Xfinity. I’ve had a wild and unpredictable week this week and lately. I just haven’t had much time to call the standards. I estimate 2 shut down bank accounts, 3 victims intercepted, 1 mule or victim. That stuff probably took almost 3 straight days of baiting.
Great accomplishments! Well, I am sure these scammers will be back tomorrow. One of them told me his hours were “8 am to 7 pm Pacific Time”. I think this is indeed the case.
Yeah by the time the refunders are done and I think to do these, the numbers go to the “8 to 5” mode
