Additional information about this scam: Says, “Hello, technical support?”
What can we do about this caller? After I hang up says “Unknown Number”
How we supposed to call it?
I’m not sure, stupid spoof caller. Told him I don’t need his help. Hopefully I can get a non-spoofed number from him.
Well right now he’s got the upper hand.

I swear to God if I see another nine today…I’ll scream. Nothing on your username but on the phone number. I’ve seen enough nines for now.

Ok, I’ll just say “Sorry I’m busy in a meeting can you call me back later?” That’s what I did with an airlines scammer last week.

no, don’t do that. tell 'em to give you a number you can call back later on your OWN free time. if you ask them to call you back later they’ll just use the spoofed number again.
Ok, that works too! I’ll wait for them to call again, though that’s unlikely.
