Spam caller, for anyone who wants it. :stuck_out_tongue:

She said HP recently made some updates to my printer’s software, and they wanted to send me an updated manual. Hung up on my logical question: How do you not know the model of my printer if you know we have an HP? [We don’t… Xerox and Samsung… lol]

Indian accent, call-center background, caller ID name and number: East Carolina U... / 252-737-7397. (only so many numbers on my office-phone's tiny screen, not sure of the whole name, lol)
