Thank you so much for posting this. In the process of needing my utilities reverified for the new year and got worried when I heard the voice mail today but still wanted to try and call incase it was real. Of course I was going to verify their identity first before giving personal information but when I called back, it answered and said goodbye! Lol so I came here to double check. So thank you for this, it took my worry away about having an unknown notice on my account.
