Spammed my phone, here is a nice chat I had with them:
“Ma’am Ma’am! I don’t have no zip code. Every day we stray further from God.” How is she still on call with you at that point? 
Honestly it may have been a bot using prerecorded responses. There were weird cutoffs and the voice sounded oddly calm.
Told “Alison” my car insurance was with “UrMum123” company. She hung up. I don’t thinkkkk it’s a bot. Claims to be with Insurance Customer Bureau. lol.
Actually it’s the same lady with same script… Certain you might actually be right.
