Oo Kook Korean BBQ with very aggressive koreans
Recently had dinner at this kbbq place, food was ok - service was horrible and management was the worst.
But the interesting part is the scam.
The place offers all you can eat bbq, if you order too much and do not eat it - you will be charged for it. They recently started a policy where if you do not cook the raw meat or touch it, the staff will take it back free of charge. I suspect this is due to the fact that the staff are able to eat all of the food that is uncooked, but has already been sent out. The catch is - once the staff eat there dinner, they will no longer accept the untouched/uncooked meat to be sent back. Another thing is the meat is added to the grill at the discretion of the server meaning they have the power to feed you very slowly so you fill up on less food and waste extra so they can charge you. I have tried to contend this horrible scam of a policy/management in person to find that the management was so drunk and their lack of English understanding led to their first response being to try and physically fight…
