Takes about 20 rings. But this guy answers with “Hello this is the IRS”. I played some recordings and then he started to cus in Indian. Then he put a lady on that kept saying hello.
@alangreen#28802 Yes, this is a good one. Thanks for sharing Alan. I just spent 11 minutes (!) on the phone with him playing sound effects. It got creepy at the end as he started saying “love you, honey”, so I just sort of stopped the sounds for a few seconds and hung up.

I made the mistake of calling back and got the same guy. Here’s a recording. There’s a few long pauses where he doesn’t say anything but by the end he tells me he loves me and wants to marry me. The “Scream” sound came in handy there!
