I love Darjeeling as well, Earl Grey is my favorite. I prefer to steep it in a steeping ball packed pretty well. It may be a bit bitter but the taste is so much bolder. I am back on my strong coffee kick so no tea right now. If I can see light through a clear mug of coffee, than it is weak - old Army habit to jump start a person who may not have really slept but has to motivate. My doctor told my I am consuming double to triple the recommended caffeine. I laugh at that because 12 espresso shots before getting my blood pressure checked and I was told it was perfect for my age.

I love earl grey and regular black tea. I mainly just have a nice strong cup of coffee in the morning. Tea if just myself and not making for two
