Tech support scam, ask for Mark. Said he was my dad (lol) and that Americans were idiots–now he is one annoyed scammer after some continuous calling. Call flood them if you can; they’ve been live with this number for over a year now.
I called them, they claimed to be the NYPD he said the FBI will be at my house in 5 minutes lol I recorded it so I might post it on youtube soon. Calling back
now they are claiming to be a bank
