Paul when I first called (888) 256-0319 just answered as Amazon and did not say Amazon Prime, @Hearview_Hotel.
Of course the different scammers in a call center might not say the same thing. Heck, sometimes the scammers on their phone number start saying they are with PayPal, then they start saying they are with CashApp, then the same group of scammers start saying they are with Amazon or Amazon Prime, then the same group starts saying they are with Microsoft Online Support, et cetera.
After Paul, I called (888) 256-0319 and got a woman named Ellie, though her foreign accent pronounced the first syllable like A as in ache or bake or rake. She also answered just as Amazon.

I just tried for the first time today. It rang a number of times but then I got put into the voicemail, into the message machine.
I left a message trying to sound like an old decrepit man.
“Amazon? I’m trying to call Amazon.”
