I call this number 1844-735-8665 if in the U.S. I called the number and tech support (John Williams) needed access to my computer to install the Microsoft Office. A notification popped up on my computer with the name John Williams requesting to access my computer. I gave him permission. He tried to install the Microsoft Office, but found a the computer had viruses and issues with the network. He told me that he could not do it, but will need to buy McAfee Antivirus. He asked if he can help get the antivirus. I told him that I will get it on my own. My question is, once I let someone have access to my computer, can they access my computer anytime they want?
