They donāt go to the real At&T direct TV and often go to known fake travel call centers for both airlines and hotels.
The final expense thing is a known scam and they have literally thousands of numbers in every toll free prefix, but are particularly concentrated in certain areas of the 866 prefix
I have extensive evidence against a particular reservations organization who send the panic alarms into full swing if their name(s) are ever uttered, with them robocalling on dozens of numbers for weeks on end.
That alone makes them guilty of breaking the law but they must never be mentionedā¦shhh!

A consecutive broken block of 51 numbers within a 102 inclusive number range all on the Call Haven Partners network. The overwhelming majority of these numbers are on this network.
I was curious and hit the total count in this database since I bothered to start collecting them as they were picked up. 5387 of them and probably ten times that amount Iāve ignored over the years.
This fraud is a tidy little earner for these telcos.
Thereās predominantly 2 of them connecting these lowlife credit card and identity theft fraud artists to the bulging inbound distribution networks for these numbers
