We do not know how this company got hold of the routing number of our checking account, but we noticed that an electronic check was taking $98 from our account for the months of September and October of 2024. We notified our bank and they closed our account, and credited us for the two electronic checks. My husband called the number listed on the check and asked what was going on. He was informed that on September 27, he signed up for a 3-1 warranty by phone and supposedly authorized its payment by electronic check. He informed them that he did no such thing, so they cancelled his account.
