Callback - removed number, may have been spoofed.
Got a nice “Thank you for calling technical support, this eyed markus.” Then a bunch of “Hello’s”. Heard the same in the background from another scammer.
He hasn’t hung up and I am hearing a bunch of hindi and they are attempting callbacks.
Heard daniel in the background, he is asking which device the caller has and asking for their name. Mr. Hugh on the line.
Im at 7 minutes on an open line now.
Having a hard time hearing daniel, a lot of chatter between the scammers.
Daniel is instructing him to do something with the command key.
Caught the tail end of a website maybe something “me”.
Asking if anyone has used their laptop. Giving some BS about their “scans” and spyware. Its a viwus used by hackers.
Ive been listening for 16 minutes now.
Lol. Now telling him something about the computer accessing pornhub i think.
Daniel has connected his phone to a “secure line” so noone else can hear the conversation with mr Hugh
Hes going in to a scam now about possible cards used “matching” fraudulant ones. Maybe trying to fish out a real card number.
Scammer got a card number ending in 5500.
Now at 26 minutes
Lots of noise in the background. Cars passing by occasionally and some metal clanging like a kitchen or auto shop. Dogs barking and horns honking too.
Daniel seems to have gone silent or moved.
I hear another indian on speakerphone now.
They finally realized the call was still live and hung up after 31 minutes
They now seem to be dumping all calls to a voicemail system.
