Active and a rundi answered as Microsoft Technical support. This half a human couldn’t answer a basic computer question and put me on hold for 8 minutes. They have a Toll Free number so help them to pay more by calling them.
Answering as Apple Care and Microsoft, ‘because it is the same company’ - You just can’t make this up unless you’re the scammer who’s parents are siblings.
