Called these guys up and they connected to my VM and gave the whole trojan spiel. When they opened Notepad for me to write down my credit card info all the numbers kept changing on the screen (LMAO) and they got fed up with me and just did a syskey instead, thinking they got a victory.
The guy said his name was Maddy, with an ID of 143, and his company was AVCloud. I tried calling back after he hung up but I guess they knew I was messing with them even though I tried to play it all off

The address at the bottom of the page is very clearly a residential address, not some tech company office building. I’ll continue to look into this company and see what I can find.
Unfortunately my screen recording only covers about half of the screen so that isn’t too helpful, and I couldn’t find a way to record my phone calls yet
