I found this number on a popup a few days ago but I didn’t have an account then.

-They will ask for the last 5 digits of your phone number
-They have 3 "departments" (1 for tech support, 2 for billing, 3 for other) These departments are only for looking proffesional.

I think that’s them, too. I test called the numbers (1-2 different threads) and these guys called me back:
