PLEASE HIT THEM HARD! They are claiming to be Geek Squad, and that I paid $300 for a service back in 2016. As of 6 AM tomorrow, they will renew my subscription unless I want to cancel. Of course they must take remote access of my computer to hook up with their main server to cancel said service & give me my refund. I’m not sure why they would be refunding either a payment from 4 years ago, or a future payment I have yet to make? Perhaps they possess a time machine? 
Oddly, although I’m a “customer”, they don’t have ANY of my details (name, address, billing info) — only a BS “customer ID”. These guys really piss me off to be scamming during a pandemic!
