I called this (866) toll free number a few times today and harassed 'em. This is the first scam phone number that I have called today.
Callback (775) 703-9745 called me and the foreign guy said that this is Amazon and we are calling you back. It could be a TextNow number.
So far the +1 866 740 8768 does not seem to be blocking my TextNow number.
EDIT: At 3:30 pm Central in the U.S.A., still this number is answering.
