Bhenchod answered claiming it’s “Chime” and not “PayPal”. When I asked if it was Chime’s Goat Herding Department specifically, he hung up. 
Ask for ‘John’.
they changed the website from Paypal to Chime (hit three dots in google, there’s a view cache option to see old versions of site) - same group that scams Zelle/Chime/Gemini. Website hosted by . . . wait for it . . . drum roll . . . Hostinger, the scammer’s friend.
