they’ve been scamming people for years on many dozens of numbers in that time, most of which are inactive now

I just had a very successful bust. So I spoke to someone who claims to be Yogesh with extension number 1019. They also gave me a different tech support number which is +1 833 610 7655 (Working hours 7:30 AM to 00:30 AM EST 365 days). The company is ADVSoft LLC with the address of 1318 South Woodstock Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146. And the information I got from TeamViewer is that I spoke to Pritam Majumder with the ID of 216 625 897. I’ll forward this to IC3 and you do whatever the hell you wish with this info. Happy baiting!

it’s far from a new number
