Falsely Claims:
- I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
- “Attempt of Hacking” within the past 48 hours.
Remote Access Software: QuickAssist (Code: 6ALQAF/Mark P.) and ConnectWise from cresolve.help
Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-invasive “Linda” transferred the call to her supervisor, “Ryan Thomas from the anti-hacking department,” who attempted to download ConnectWise from cresolve.help and refused to “suppoat” when I told him I don’t do online banking or shopping.
