They always freeze up when I ask them their company name, but like always, they always claim their official Microsoft Support.
Also, either they all sound the same, or they keep forgetting their fake names and coming up with new ones.

They got pissed after wasting 40 minutes of their time. They also got angry when I called them out for being scammers.
So I called them and the man suggested to take my computer down to the Microsoft store to have it fixed so I kinda thought he was legitimate. Then he said he could connect to my computer remotely and went on through the usual script lol. Had fun wasting 30 minutes of his time
