hi alex , i am not sure what happened to you , i do think paying 4000 bucks for anything except a house deposit is excessive , tell us a bit more ,to me it looks like your average shitty company that really is trying to support quick books , i rang them and went through a bit with them they seemed to know a bit about quick books and told me straight away they where a 3rd party . did not attempt a connection . i am not suggesting they are not a scam as i do not know enough . tell us what happened
