This one is live and responding. I followed his instructions meticulously, downloading Ultraviewer for Windows, but for some reason he could not figure out why I was having trouble launching it. I neglected to tell him I was running Ubuntu, he put me on hold, but I hung up at that point. I’m a newbie at this and need to develop my own script further to ensure maximum pain for them
