To unlock the computer, please call support immediately. Please do not attempt to shut down or restart your computer, doing this may lead to data loss and identity theft. Please call support immediately.”
Had a male answer the phone with a strong Indian accent and wanted to remote into my computer. Wasted 7 mins of his time.
I have a female answered.
Need someone with a VM to do this properly
