Just now I tried calling this toll-free number.
From my TextMe number, I got the robo voice about how “the call cannot be completed, please try again.”
From my TextNow number, I got the USER BUSY that popped up.

Maybe I have called this phone number in the past and they blocked my TextMe and TextNow phone numbers.
