They first asked me if I already had TeamViewer. I said no, so they guided me to install AnyDesk. After that, they installed TeamViewer. I have no idea why they did this, but it seemed unusual. Then they opened random desktop icons, browser bookmarks, etc. which I have no idea why either. And then of course, they opened Chase banking demonstration page and used inspect element to remove the top message saying it is a demonstration page.
