Just rung them, seem to get angry and disconnect when I say my “quick assist” is not working
Got another number aswell! (213) 432-2948 “suport agents number” they go by the alias “susan”
They hung up on me. Maybe they recognized my voice or something.
I got them on my VM and they are running netstat. I’ll keep you updated! I think I have their IP. Imma export wireshark logs!
Thanks! One thing I’d suggest is to keep some kind of faked note on your desktop from an imaginary separate scam call center with some contact details to a money mule or email scammer or something. I even add contact details of actual scamming call centers. No idea what will come of it (I haven’t got one to connect to me yet since I added that just a day ago), but it would be awesome if they started harassing another scammer.
Ok! Sounds like a great idea! I’ll get todoing that. I need to go through the wireshark logs and get their IP! I’ll post it here. Also all the numbers they gave me are down now! Looks like they don’t want to pick up anymore! If anyone else can check if they can get through the number might allready be dead?
