He asked for a Case ID
There is a case number in the popup. Also he says Apple Supoat on a Vindows popup.
My bad! Well I don’t usually look at that. I never have had them ask for that.
He insists he’s Apple Support. Some of these idiots convince themselves that they are actually working and not stealing.
Yeah, that is a new thing.
Well, he is not too bright. Cannot figure out what scam he is running.
I said I was confused that apple support has the same number as Microsoft so he said he’d transfer me to the windows support. Such a helpful guy.
I gave this one guy the case number and he just goes, “sorry that’s not the right one, goodbye.” Hahaha wtf?
Who knows? These people didn’t graduate from 1st grade.
This guy went on a five minute swearing tirade after I revealed and now he’s just shooting the shit with me. Just crazy.
Oh man guy told me he does this because there’s just no other jobs but I take that with a grain of salt. Also mentioned he’s in India, which I guessed since he called me a dirty Pakistan terrorist. Then someone in the background tells “fuck you” and tells him to hang up the call.
He told me to call him back to chat.
