Either a refund or having issues with signing in. Someone hacked your account.

I don’t thin think there are invoices for those, like GS,PP, Norton, McAffe
They are impersonating the real Amazon to take orders, tell you your account has been hacked, and also give you fictitious refunds
Facebook has dozens of numbers which do the exact same thing
