I received a call from this number which was just silent followed by “Good Bye”

After doing a bit of googling its quite obvious its a number that is being used for malicious reasons.

I have managed to find the SIP supplier using RevealName.

Are there any other online tools to help drill down and report these numbers?
I have called the number back about 30 times, twice went to "Person not available" and the rest ringing out with no answer, which leads me to think that this number does accept inbound calls, they just don't answer.

Instead of just reporting the number and getting it disconnected, I want to have some fun.

Does anyone have any tricks and tips to just being a pain in the arse?

More than likely, this number has been pranked often in the past so scammers decided to shut down this number.

Note: this is a UK number so firertc won't work

Update:

Some one actually answered!!!
They claimed to be from Finance Incorporated LTD and based in Manchester (0161).
It was a lady with an Indian accent.

I didn't have time to dig much further and ended the call after about 30 seconds of conversation.
I have tried calling back with the same as before.

I will keep trying as I now know that there is someone at the other end of the phone.
