IP might be spoofed.
Nameserve shows DigitalOcean 128.199.161.59 and sometimes 142.93.217.165
Also Hits Akamai mirror 194.195.112.157
Shows A-Record as Hetzner 142.132.250.211 (both DNS dumpster and SecurityTrails show Hetzner IP - but may be old).
OVH shows up now and then at 51.83.90.244
So, it’s all over.

MX shows Hetzner - Hetzner is fairly responsive. I’ll hit them up . . . DigOcean is slow and OVH doesn’t respond.

Been calling them all day my host VoIP company is probably going to kick me off…
Spam calls etc. Expensive Host…

A Ping shows 142.132.250.211, Hetzner.

It was Hetzner - down in about 3.5 hours. 
So far they’ve always been responsive.
