I think these are each individual cells - the cell isn’t making millions, and the budget is maybe one or two thousand. When I asked one of the more cheeky scammers he said his budget was $3k - so cut that in half for reality.

Today’s Zelle scam number is (805) 263-4482, active 9:40am EST. Lots of chodes in the call center it seems. This number is used on two websites - zelshendo.in and cruxhelpsupport.in. Zelshendo is hosted by Newfold / Bluehost / Unified Layer despite many abuse complaints - Cruxhelpsupport is hosted by phishing site friend Hostinger.com.
