This is worth investigating by someone who does the email, WhatsApp, Telegram or Skype thing, none of which I do apart from possibly a dozen emails a year. My time is taken up finding thousands of new active numbers every day, to bother with social media clickbait and braindead teenager social media platform mandatory nonsense.
The two phone numbers listed, one goes to voicemail for them to call back and one appears to be temporarily disconnected when I have called. It may be switched on but I’m yet to verify it as being active.
I recently came across two posts which were spammed on a forum, offering to sell verified accounts from PayPal and Ca$hApp, as well as all major payment platforms and banking institutions in multiple first world economies (USA, UK, CA, AUS, EU, ASIA etc). They also offer Google Voice, Gmail, Hotmail, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, accounts. They offer fake 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. That all certainly sounds above board to me, where do I sign up for endless free money from someone else’s accounts.
The websites are typical of illiterate scammers, riddled with disgraceful grammar and nonsensical sentences or entire paragraphs of total crap throughout their entirety. They go into great detail about never trusting anyone other than them for your felony grand theft and fraud requirements, because scammers prey upon people looking for this sort of thing…but not them, there is no way they would sink to the level of scamming people with their dishonest and highly illegal fraudulent schemes. 
I have to make special note of my favorite paragraph out of the many nonsensical bad grammar examples amongst it all. Out of all the heinous things you could ever be accused of, this is quite possibly the worst of them all. In the fraud account & illegal transaction business, you never want to be labelled as an unethical slimy lowlife, “double untrustworthy.”
Always avoid being an untrustworthy untrustworthy and you’ll be fine.
