Additional information about this scam: The number was found on numberguru. I called them and they wanted nothing to do with me, acting suspicious. They asked my name, my email address and then called me out on using a VOIP!
I told the asshat that I use VOIP for privacy and he said he didn’t know anyone who does that. He promptly hung up 
Upon calling a second time, the scammer directed me to the ‘secure server.’ All of a sudden he hung up, I have a feeling they are checking the phone numbers and just hanging up when they cannot assertain if it’s a ‘real’ number.
