Yes, I would say so, unless Mike adds a thing or two

I’m just going to send it for now, I’ve already taken too long to reply.
Now I’m going to move on to forward my complaint to elsewhere.

Whilst Mike is offline and unavailable to - can you find the link that shows Jorge listed as a New Heath Staff Member? As well as proof of the original sierra insurance incorporation address of 1 Ludham Dr?

I don’t have anything on New Health Staff, but it is somewhere in the thread. Otherwise, here is some info here:

Detail by Entity Name (sunbiz.org)

All right, have to run errands now. TTYL, mate. Lots of good info in this thread, just scroll up

Company name - put “NA”, since you do not represent any company.

For Reporting Fraud on the NJ website, it is best to save all communication with them and attach as PDF. Also state the timeline of events and the fact that Antonio Feijoo should be known to investigators.

to note, it seems the owner, Tony Faijoo goes by Anthony and Antonio in various registrations, but most legal docs contain Antonio.

Tony’s Maine insurance license lists Sierra Insurance as one of his providers/employers. Here is a link, but not sure if it will work after posting - his Maine Insurance license is PRN245172 and he lists contact as [email protected]
https://www.pfr.maine.gov/ALMSOnline/ALMSQuery/ShowDetail.aspx?DetailToken=94D0A84C183E7A8204E26D6AB654EAFA5E9C3105105C6335F8D657C5F8C77BCB

Tony really wants to be famous, he produces crap movies and includes these in his Linkedin, he even completed an IMDB - so he really wants to be famous. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0270596/
Tony lists on his “production company” as Anthony Feijoo Amado - but this is def him, monopoly dog films is on his LinkedIn along with the insurance companies. https://www.monopolydogfilms.com/

Keep fighting the good fight Jeff. This is really interesting & I can’t wait to see what happens next. I swear this is better than any crap on t.v. lol

Well, you are dealing with bureaucrats here so I’d give it some time. Even though everyone here can feel & understand your frustration, I wouldn’t recommend pointing out their flaws just yet in fear that it may damage your relationship with a potential ally moving forward. I f they end up being utterly worthless in the long run, then you can think about giving them a piece of your mind. Is there no e-mail or phone number to make an inquiry while waiting?

Nice job. I’m also glad someone in power is at least taking this serious.

Just a suggestion if you don’t mind: I would add the following line on to what you have already wrote to question four: “It is possible that they could have bought/purchased my information through the proper channels using an honest & transparent data broker. It is also very possible that they could have obtained my information utilizing illegal tactics as well such as hacking the database of the aforementioned data broker, or simply by doing business with a shady one altogether.”

You can use it, not use it, chop it down or reword it entirely if you’d like. It won’t hurt my feelings in the slightest. The important thing is that you present the best possible e-mail that you can.

Good luck once again. I’m still eagerly awaiting the next piece of correspondence that you receive.

@MehNamesJeff - have you been in touch with the Stefan Coleman law office at all? I’ve never worked with them before and am considering contacting them re some calls I recorded.

1 Mi Piace

Yes, on advice of I believe @scamterminator2021 and a few others. Although, I haven’t been able to utilize them fully due to current geographical obstacles and a few other minor problems. Hopefully those will be resolved very soon.

Still try and contact Daniel Winter like I have done and see ([email protected])
He most likely would be able to help you! It depends on your current situation.

Nice work Jeff, I can’t wait to see what course of action is going to be taken from all this.

2 Mi Piace

If you do end up working with them barry, please post your overall experience with them.

1 Mi Piace

Sure. I have worked with several of the big TCPA attorneys in the past. Each one has a slightly different niche of what they specialize in.

I did email Dan and I’m waiting to see if he will respond.

In general, I find that unless it’s a huge case, the law firms will not invest time and energy in investigation. They will need a potential litigant to already have good proof of who was calling and how many times they called etc etc. And having audio recordings of course doesn’t hurt.

Even then a lot of the big firms just don’t answer my emails. So I work with the ones who do…

1 Mi Piace

I did not mean to eavesdrop but it is a very important topic for me! Here is a very solid firm that I worked with. Their specialty is TCPA violations. I would recommend them.

Thanks, @scamterminator2021 , I’ve actually spoken with Billy some time ago about another case.

@FrankWest Dan never returned or acknowledge my email.

2 Mi Piace

Wow, trying to blame you?! NO! Nice try! I think your reply looks good!

Thanks!!!

Yes, this is their typical tactic. American Home Shield tries to pull the same crap on people. They claim people fill out requests for quote to claim “Prior Written Consent” defense. Send the email to her that it is a lie on their end.
