I believe after years of investigating digitech web resources that, there are a series of companies claiming to be digital media marketing companies in huston texas/ Los Angeles/ San Diego, who are stealing people’s identifications and spamming them with emails claiming to be other organisations such as homeland security, or companies such as bell, rogers, mariot, such as this to intimidate them. There are several companies but digitech web resources is one of the main ones. I am not sure if it is associated with a government operation, because I have reported it to the texas police, fbi and us treasury department, and they have not taken the website down, the email address, or the phone number, even though they are a front from a criminal operation. Specifically the webster police department in huston texas, just down the street from their building. I researched the building and found it was surrounded by military and government offices, including nasa. I believe it is a data collection and intimidation, harassment campaign by the government. I hope digitech webresources website, phone number, and their emails stop and are taken down. I believe it is a government-run scheme, and data collection possibly for copyright infringement or other things, because the police fail to investigate the companies, or take their phone numbers down or websites and impact their criminal businesses. My allegation is that they collect information and copyright violators, and file large amounts of information against them then sell it, then harass and threaten them in various ways, or steal their money right out of their bank accounts after they compromise their accounts and identities. They will claim your accounts are suspended, frozen, or locked, and various other threats. I would welcome everyone to return the favor and call webster police in huston texas and spam them and report digitech web resources until they take police action against the owners or facilitators of this company.

What they do is claim the email is an advertisement/survey and not a scam, and therefore the police cant do anything about it. Even though its stealing information/accounts access, identities, and money, and selling it. They could claim a spelling mistake or some fineprint or hidden info makes it not a false representation or affiliate, the companies claim they have no affiliation such as mariot hotels. Its like the same concept as the ransomware virus or microsoft popup, that impersonated police agencies like the RCMP, claiming it was an advertisement and not true or not a scam. Victims are usually not in texas or across the borders, so there is no consequence, and if reported locally the local police cant investigates or do anything, and that is why its a scam.
What digitech offers is an organized crime platform under the guise of advertising/surveys, a criminal fraud operation, whether it’s being used by them or their clients. So they are the facilitator in any case. That can be used to harass, threaten, and inflect damage in their targets life, mentally, or financially.
