Telnyx reporting thread

My personal experience with Telnyx is that it takes them a long time to terminate numbers and they often stall by asking for a lot of information.
It seems numbers we have reported previously are still in use by scammers.

answering as Microsoft now

Had a similar experience. The number is no longer in service yet they are still asking for more info - days later! Apparently, a screenshot of a Microsoft technical support scam with a Telnyx number that they sold to the scammers is not enough for Telnyx to investigate

Similar experiences from friends. The time of contact was stated in the original report, Telnyx did nothing but ask for those details and failed to terminate the number and closed his case.

This is stressing me out. I’m going to forward all details to my mid-level Telnyx contact to put a stop to these numbers.

It’s sad to see your own provider up here. But it has to stop. Their ignorance isn’t gonna stop these posts

I have sent every number collected off this page to Telnyx with screenshots of the popup’s. Never including anyone’s names or emails. Therefore I’m going to work extra hard on these guy’s. Or I write another ten page letter to the FCC which does reply to me and I report to weekly.

Here’s the email that i have sent Telnyx also to my mid level contact.
One grammar error. Nobodies perfect.

I’m not getting an answer from the numbers, they may have been terminated but either way, their bs responses to our reports needs to be addressed, to state that there is no evidence of fraud when the number is on a screenshot of a popup is ludicrous.
Previous reports I’ve made to them have also been a tedious back and to as they have repeatedly asked for further information.

I got an answer from the first number you posted. The call passed on RingCentral which is a platform used to catch scammers. I also called Telnyx and made it through. Self note to everyone Telnyx to Telnyx calls are free.

Update now the lines just ringing endlessly
