I wasn’t transferred to a representative, but I can tell that these calls violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act due to the fact that the voicemail, which was also reported to RoboKiller, appears to be made using an automated voice.
The culprits behind this voicemail may be associated with ATS Tax Group, LLC, though I cannot be fully certain.
