great and yes happens to me as well sometimes (just switch your VPN and you should be able to access them again, CF sometimes randomly bans VPN IPs as well)
and no, rarely any of the Spaceship sites get suspended on the domain level, some of them where suspended on the Host side though.
Might take a while for Spaceship to act
